Leo began his career in Financial Services in 2025, bringing with him a strong background in customer service and a natural focus on delivering a great client experience. He joined DG Financial as a trainee Paraplanner in the Newmarket office, supporting the advisers by carrying out research, analysing information and helping to prepare financial plans. This plays an important role in ensuring clients receive clear, well-structured and thoughtful advice. Since joining the firm, Leo’s role has grown into Operations Manager, where he now supports the business as a whole. From coordinating marketing and social media to managing key provider relationships, he helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He also plays a big part in welcoming clients and making sure their experience with DG Financial feels professional, friendly and well looked after from the outset. Leo is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is currently studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, continuing to build his knowledge and understanding of the industry. He enjoys being part of a team that values strong relationships and is focused on doing the right thing for clients, and looks forward to continuing to grow within the business.

Michelle plays an important role at DG Financial, helping to ensure clients feel well looked after and supported at every stage of their journey. Alongside providing administrative and secretarial support to the team, she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Michelle is passionate about delivering a high level of service and takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-organised experience for both clients and colleagues. She also enjoys organising client events, creating opportunities to stay connected and show appreciation to the people we work with — something she finds particularly rewarding. Her focus is always on making the experience feel personal and thoughtful, reflecting the wider values of the business. Outside of work, Michelle is an active member of her local community and plays an important role in the life of her church in Cambridge. She lives with Daniel and their three children, and enjoys spending time with family — especially with their much-loved dog, Rosa.

Bethany recently joined DG Financial as a Client Service Administrator in the Newmarket office, bringing a positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting both clients and the wider team. In her role, she works closely with the advisers to help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, contributing to the high level of service clients experience. She enjoys being part of a team that values strong relationships and takes pride in doing things properly. Bethany is looking forward to developing her knowledge of the financial services industry and growing in her role over time. She is particularly passionate about building strong connections with both clients and colleagues, and being part of a business that focuses on delivering a personal and supportive experience. She is excited to be starting this new chapter in her career and to play a part in the continued growth of DG Financial.
